Whatever the current focus/situation is, it’s making you feel depressed. You need to shift your focus onto something that makes you feel the opposite to your current feeling.
Keep busy and distracted, do things you enjoy doing, and try not to isolate yourself – because then your alone with your negative (and one sided) thoughts and then you start to dwell (which then makes you feel worse)
If you focus on negative, you will only feel negative, and then attract more negative. Focus on positive, and attract it too.
