One tiny step at a time. Make one change and stick to it for a week, then introduce another. If you fall back to old ways, go back to step one. Oh and be kind to yourself, no punishments, it works!

i free run to exercise. just get a bunch of friends. and run in the woods. its fun, and keeps you worked out. eventually, you will burn everything you eat, and you will eat more. but it is a good thing

    I’ve had this before too.

Make some diet adjustments. Limit carbs to 2 a day. If you eat white bread, consider switching to grainy bread instead – white bread ends up like a glue in your body, whereas the grains in grainy bread goes through your body better.

    Plenty of fruit and veg.
    Plenty of water
    Limit dairy
    Limit sugar and salt

Any man made foods are usually bad, anything that grows on a tree or naturally is good :)

Make your breakfast the biggest meal of the day (you’ll use that energy throughout the day), small lunch and small dinner.
Oats are a good breakfast idea, then you can put honey or some cut up fruit on top :)

30 mins exercise – daily, or every second day. Any aerobic exercise is awesome.

Everything in moderation, and more “output” than “input”
