Well most of the time just be nice and start off by smiling or saying hello. Other than that you can use common sense to be polite and nice to other people. But don’t change the way you are to communicate or else you won’t be being yourself!

I’m not sure what the context is for your question, but there is a great communication tool called Nonviolent Communication. The basis of the tool is to make “I statements”. These are statements that tell another person how a situation affects you. At the same time, you avoid directly judging or blaming another person in your statement. For example, you might say “When you forgot to meet me, I felt let down and angry”. This is in contrast to, for example “You let me down”, or “You make me angry”. Hope this helps.

i honestly think about that everyday but i think that the best thing to do is to stop thinking about how you should communicate and just let your mind free and that i think is the right way to communicate
