Sometimes the only option is to walk away from problems. I’m sure people will disagree and to be fair i’m sure their points will be valid, however, some problems you just can’t resolve, at least not in the way people expect, and walking away can give you some breathing room to get sorted out.
Its hard to give specific advice without knowing specifics of the problems. So all i can suggest is try and find a way to put certain problems to one side, don’t even attempt to deal with them for the moment, and concentrate on ones that can get resolved.
