Loving you lately is hard, I try so hard… But it seems unrequited maybe? You say you love me… But I feel you can’t find the time, to talk, to decide. Makes me wonder…Are your words just lies? Your song of our forever… Rang through me in the beginning. Now I sit and wonder… Is the song somehow hollow?

I try and ask questions, Try and resolve problems. But feel like you brush them off… With your half answers and alternate possibilities. Skirting around questions, Changing subjects… Then running away for whatever reason.

If I acted the same way… You would tell me I’ve changed. If I did the same things,
You would tell me it upsets you… Yet you do them to me… I wonder if you realize… It upsets me too? Yet when I tell you I’m hurt, You say “all I do is hurt you” That your not good enough, That we should stop.

You claim you need me. Claim you don’t want me to go. But it feels like your the one… Who’s ready to say goodbye.

I wonder if you read this… Would you say “I’m hurting you”, Try to say goodbye? Or would you fight… To keep what you claim is yours? To keep our song of forever?

I like that idea.
That words may have a language of their own.
I think when I read it, it makes me think of all those times I would sigh, one of those long, drawn out sighs that seem like they will never end.
Maybe we are more impressionable by words than we think.

I like that, in a melancholy sort of way. It reminds me a lot of myself and the things I have done/do to people I care about.
It sort of sounds like you’re with someone suffering pretty bad depression.. If that is the case, just try and remember that it’s hard for both of you =/
By the way, you have a nice vocabulary, and I like the way you write. =]

asking yourself what would they do.
Flight or fight response?
You can only hope that they will fight for you, for the both of you just like you have fought and are willing to keep fighting for.
If they don’t fight back and try to sustain what you have, at least in the end you would know that you did everything in your power.
