PLEASE TELL ME HOW I GIVE TIME TO ME I HAVE TWO LITTLE KIDS AND NOBODY AT HOME TO TAKE CARE OF THEM ACCEPT ME AND MY WHOLE DAY IS SPEND WITH MY KIDS I AM TOO MUCH WORRY ABOUT MY HEALTH BECAUSE MY WEIGHT IS 90 KGS AND MY HEIGHT IS ONLY 5 INCHES SO PLEASE HELP ME TO GIVE TIME TO MY HEALTH AND DUE TO MY OVER WEIGHT I HAVE ALSO WORRIED ABOUT MY PAIN IN MY KNEES AND FOOT.

Please consider going out for walks
with your children in tow. Hydrate
with water only. Also, revamp your diet
(easier said than done but if you are serious,
you will achieve what you conceive as it is said).
Here is a suggested diet regimen:
Upon arising, drink 2 liters of water (not tap)
but not at one gulp. Do away with manufactured beverages
(soda, tea, coffee, juices, beer and booze).
This will save you much money already.
Do your walks (with your children)
while you drink your water.
Breakfast with raw fruits only.
But only one kind at a time.
Do not make a fruit compote
where fruits are mixed.
Lunch with wild red rice or brown rice
with steamed fish or steamed chicken
or make fish/chicken soup.
The same with dinner.
Do not fry food.
Stay away from the supermarket.

You need to go out! take a walk- take your kids with you. Turn this into a daily habit and you’ll see a slow but solid progress in your physical health and your mental health.
