Sucks. Make yourself come out of it. Once a day seek out the sun and think of what and who makes you happy for at least 15 minutes. Once a day listen to calm music (no rap) for at least 15 minutes. Once a day repeat to yourself the people who care about you and the people that you care about. Spend at least 15 minutes a day with an animal. take a short walk every day. Good Luck.
