All right.
My class just finished reading Of Mice and Men and now my teacher assigned us a persuasive short story where the story is supposed to have a persuasive conclusion about something that is wrong in today’s society. UGH!
The only thing I can think of is how kids end up like their horrible parents even when they say they hate their parents, and I have no idea how to write it.
Does anyone have a problem with society today that they think could be put into a short story?

What about political correctness, like not being able to say Happy Christmas in case you offend someone, but that is not how it should be. We should learn to respect each other and welcome the the enjoyment happiness and enjoyment of all religious celebrations.
