I reckon emotional pain is the worst of the two. Stab me with a knife any day :)

There have been times when I would be in terrible physical pain and wish I could trade it with emotional pain. And there have been times when I’d be so emotionally hurt that I wish I could trade it with physical pain. In my opinion, they’re both equally devastating. One isn’t more brutal than another because they are nowhere near similar (other than the fact that they are both painful). I do, though, think that emotional pain is better in a sense that we learn from it and become stronger after feeling it.
